Inner Healing Yoga is a gentle, introspective practice that blends slow movement, breath, and restorative postures with the depth of trauma-informed psychology. Each class begins with a dharma theme and guides you to reconnect with your body, meet your emotions with compassion, and tend to the younger parts of yourself that need care. We close in a deep savasana with guided inner work to help you soften, feel, and release what your body has been holding.
Community Hive Meditation

Community Hive Meditation is a simple and supportive space to learn what meditation truly is. We take the mystery out of the practice by teaching clear foundations, gentle techniques, and ways to work with the mind that anyone can access. This class is ideal for beginners and also offers depth for experienced practitioners wanting to strengthen their sadhana. We breathe together, settle together, and explore presence as a community, creating a steady and welcoming container for the mind to rest.
